Register with Ryland
Become a registered partner with Ryland Services. You must be a licensed Aged Care or NDIS provider.
Once your company has been registered, you will be able to create multiple accounts for staff.

Request Online Quotes
Upload client requirements, OT reports or use our online templates for simple jobs. Change, edit and approval quotes.
If you have approved OT's already on the platform, you will be able to reference and link OT reports directly.

Engage, Track and Monitor
Track the process of each job and get automatic notifications when milestones are completed, so you are kept in the loop.
You can engage and raise any issues with support staff and any stage online.

Analyse, Report & Audit

You must be a Aged Care or NDIS health professional working in Victoria. You will need to sign up using your work email as we use this to verify you on the platform.
Yes, all resources on the platform are free once you are approved on the platform. We do restrict how much you can download in any given day to prevent abuse of the platform.
We are trialing the platform so that we ensure that the platform functions the way it's meant to. This means while the platform is in beta, we may limit certain functions or limit these to specific users in order to probably monitor them. If we find a bug, we will roll out updates to fix them.
No. You can still provide all the information in your OT report and simply upload it to generate a quote.
However, we do recommend that you use the online tools always as these guide you through what exact information is required to produce a more accurate quote.
If all the information is provided, then quotes usually take no longer than 48 hours to complete. On average, quotes are typically done within 24 hours.
Yes. You can add or change requirements as needed. You will need to re-submit the changes for a revised quote.
