You will need to register using your work email address in order to get verified.
Specify Client Requirements
Use the online tools to provide your clients requirements or simply upload your detailed OT report.
Receive a quote
You can add or modify the quote if required, or approve it and send it to the clients' healthcare provider for their review and funding approval.

You must be an accredited Occupational Therapist working in Victoria. You will need to sign up using your work email as we use this to verify you on the platform.
Yes, all resources on the platform are free once you are approved on the platform. We do restrict how much you can download in any given day to prevent abuse of the platform.
We are trialing the platform so that we ensure that the platform functions the way it's meant to. This means while the platform is in beta, we may limit certain functions or limit these to specific users in order to probably monitor them. If we find a bug, we will roll out updates to fix them.
No. You can still provide all the information in your OT report and simply upload it to generate a quote.
However, we do recommend that you use the online tools always as these guide you through what exact information is required to produce a more accurate quote.
If all the information is provided, then quotes usually take no longer than 48 hours to complete. On average, quotes are typically done within 24 hours.
Yes. You can add or change requirements as needed. You will need to re-submit the changes for a revised quote.
